This shipping policy explains how Annapurna Foods manages delivery, pickup, and dine-in orders. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery fees

Home delivery is available within our service areas near Isha Yoga Center. A delivery fee applies at checkout:

• Rs. 30 — core Isha belt (Alandurai kitchen, Isha Yoga Center, Semmedu, Sadivayal, Karunya Nagar, Narasipuram, Irutupalam, Madhampatti, Poondi, Polluvapatti, Thondamuthur on supported 641/642 pincodes)
• Rs. 70 — outer-belt localities where a longer drive from our Alandurai kitchen applies

Pickup and dine-in at our Alandurai kitchen do not include a delivery fee. See area guides for locality-specific details.

Delivery locations

We deliver to Alandurai, Semmedu, Sadivayal, Karunya Nagar, Narasipuram, Irutupalam, Madhampatti, Poondi, Isha Yoga Center, Polluvapatti, and Thondamuthur, and nearby supported pincodes. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, contact us before ordering.

Kitchen hours & scheduling

Kitchen hours are 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST. Brunch and dinner meals are prepared for the date and slot you select at checkout (at least 24 hours ahead). Snacks, beverages, and à-la-carte items follow the same kitchen window unless a menu item states otherwise.

Delayed orders

We prepare food fresh for your chosen slot. If traffic, weather, or high demand causes a delay, we will contact you on WhatsApp with an updated ETA.
